Meet Our Team

Simon

Simon started surfing when he was 7 years old on a family holiday to North Devon. Simon's family own a holiday home in Morte Ho, so Simon regularly surfed Puttsborough and Woolacombe in the school holidays when he was growing up. Originally from Sheffield, Simon went to Leeds Met university to study Psychology. He regularly surfed the east coast as a student and he also became the vice captain of the university surf society. Simon has traveled to Sri Lanks, Indonesia, Canaries, South Africa and Portugal to surf. He used to work for the RNLI as a fundraiser, but is now a fully qualified surf instructor and works at our center at Croyde.
